We ship all packages from Bali, our home base, where we make each Elppin. We offer worldwide delivery with Pos Ekspor backed by DHL. The estimated delivery time is within 7-10 working days, including tracking.

U.S. Orders

Due to COVID-19 we have closed our distribution center in NY and are delivering packages from Bali.

All orders are sent by Pos Ekspor, backed by DHL. The estimated delivery time is within 7-10 working days, but packages often arrive sooner. We provide tracking information so you can check the status in transit.

Bali Orders

For all on-island deliveries, we use a wonderful magic carpet service (guy on a Gojek) to get your Elppin to you as soon as possible, (and it’s free)!

International Orders

We can ship anywhere in the world that the Post Office in Bali offers with Pos Ekspor backed by DHL.

The estimated delivery time is within 7-10 working days, but packages often arrive sooner. We provide tracking information so you can check the status in transit.

Returns and Exchanges

If you have any issues with your product or if you realize it's not your thing please email us and we will arrange a return or exchange. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Duties and Taxes

Elppin is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.
